Riders required?

Get the full Segway experience. Learn how to operate a Segway PT and then take control as part of a guided tour through a varied environment.

This experience starts the same as our Big Wood Tour. We begin with a briefing and training session. You will be introduced to the Segway Personal Transporter and learn how to use it. We will make sure you are comfortable and able to operate it safely. Don't worry - they are very easy to use. Most people "get it" in less than 5 minutes - but we'll spend longer than that putting you at ease.

We complete one "lap" through Big Wood and then remove the speed limiter. We then complete an additional trip around Big Wood with the Segway PT operating in full response mode.

Big Wood is owned and operated by the Woodland Trust. There is plenty to see and manoeuvre around, making great use of our off-road Segway Personal Transporters.

Download our flier as a handy reference guide.
